Biography
Mr. Singh began his practice defending corporate clients in complex commercial disputes at the law firm of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. Seeking to provide a more personalized approach for his clients, and following his passion for real estate, Pritpal transitioned to Beckman, Feller & Chang, P.C. At this boutique Bay Area firm, where he handled broad real estate needs, from general litigation and landlord-side unlawful detainers to insurance defense cases concerning premises liability and habitability issues.
Mr. Singh routinely advises landlords on unlawful detainer and leasing issues, and has litigated adverse possession claims, quiet title actions, breach of contract disputes, and more in civil courts across the Bay Area. He is highly familiar with both the California Code of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and this allows him to navigate the litigation process smoothly from inception to settlement or verdict.
As a routine guest speaker, Mr. Singh also presents on specific legal topics at in-person seminars for landlords and members of the Apartment Owners Association (AOA).
Mr. Singh earned his J.D. from San Francisco Law School and his B.A. from California State University, East Bay. He is fully licensed to practice law in California and is admitted to practice before most of the U.S. Federal Districts of California.
