Our general real estate litigation cases cover a wide variety of issues including quiet title, adverse possession, boundaries and lot lines, foreclosures (both judicial and non-judicial), habitability, easements, and more. We have dealt with these issues in civil, probate, family, and appellate courts.
The firm’s principal, Pritpal Singh, Esq., started the Law Offices of Pritpal Singh in order to provide more individualized and catered service compared to a ‘one-size fits all’ approach that many clients are subjected to. We represent parties in a variety of real property matters including plaintiffs, defendants, buyers and sellers of real property, landlords, business owners, and anyone needing general real estate advice or a legal opinion regarding a specific dispute or controversy.
